Setup and troubleshooting for the single Chrome extension that powers CD Cellar's invoice intake and CD backfill workflows.
Who it is for
The extension is an internal operations tool provided directly to authorized CD Cellar staff. It does not grant access to CD Cellar's protected admin tools or third-party accounts.
Requirements
Load the current CD Cellar-provided folder from a permanent local location, sign in to Thrive and WebAMI in the same Chrome profile, and open a supported CD Cellar admin workflow. The production extension intentionally does not run on localhost or preview deployments.
Safe updates
Disable both retired CD Cellar extensions before enabling the merged extension, and never run old and new helpers together. For an update, keep the installed extension entry and permanent folder in place, replace that folder's files with the approved kit, then click Reload. Removing the extension erases its local write receipts.
If it is not connected
Reload the admin page, confirm the extension is enabled, and verify that both service tabs are signed in. An out-of-date version is blocked before it can write to Thrive. If the problem continues, include the page, extension version, and visible error when contacting support.
